This episode is no different—you state it so simply “You can’t change their attitude.” It is difficult but going into a conversation with the right mindset about the differences between attitude and behavior is great advice. Thank you!

  2. Cindy, I love how you contrasted the right way to talk with an employee about being tardy and the wrong way. In demonstrating the right way, you were succinct and to the point. No soft-stepping the issue. If I were that employee, I would have gotten the message loud and clear as to what you expect of me starting tomorrow.
