  1. Asking the right questions makes such a difference when interviewing – or anything else so that you get the information you need to make the right decisions. I tend to work more with interviewees than interviewers and it is interesting that both sides have concerns about the right kinds of questions and answers. Also a great show for people who are job hunting to watch who are preparing for an interview.
