He is a Myers-Briggs Facilitator and an active member of the National Speakers Association and Toastmasters International.

Jack serves as a coach, trainer, speaker and facilitator of multiple sales related programs. He has designed several successful and highly acclaimed programs to aid participants in enhancing their performance. Most recently he created Chamber University (MyChamberU.com), providing affordable, applicable, relevant training for small businesses.

Along with business partner, mentor and good friend, Tom Richardson, he created Synergy Trainings to provide small business and corporate training.

  1. Jack you are right on …. people are ALWAYS watching you …. they believe more based upon what they see more than what you say. People want to buy from people the like, know, and trust …. are you helping them to see you that way????

  2. So true, Jack! I’m guilty too (you must have been looking at the back seat of my car when you did this). We spent an inordinate amount of time working on our up front marketing and never think about background marketing.

  3. Hi Jack – I’ve never heard that term background marketing but it certainly makes sense! I had someone tell me recently that I had to quit looking like a grandma-preneur and start looking more like a CEO. I guess she didn’t think my background marketing was working for me :-)!
